Manual injector AN 1 equipment designed for introducing brine into meat with a needle. It is used in small meat shops, laboratories, as well as gastronomy. Allows you to enter the brine into the selected muscle element. To increase the efficiency of injection, instead of one needle head, a head with three needles is used. The equipment is equipped with a double brine feed connection, which allows the use of two independent injectable heads. The equipment is equipped with a filter with a suction hose into which brine is supplied from the tank (the brine tank is not part of the equipment).
