Inwestpol ANR-68 injector (fish) is designed to inject brine into the meat with a needle. Can be used for injection of carcasses and fish fillets. The equipment uses the appropriate design of the guide of injected needles, which prevents crushing of tender fish meat. Installed pumps allow you to adjust the pressure from 0, 1 to 2.5 bar. and the ability to accurately install it prevents muscle rupture. In addition, for stability of the injection level in comparison with other injectors, the equipment has a smaller gap between the level of the working conveyor and the stand of the needle head and is 140 mm. The equipment is equipped with two needle heads and two centrifugal pumps. The machine is controlled by a microprocessor, which allows you to program selected operating parameters such as the step of movement of the working conveyor, the frequency of pricking with needles, as well as the performance of the pumps (an indicator of the pressure on the pressure gauges). Programmed indicators can be recorded in the processor memory, which guarantees the repeatability of the injection process. The machine is equipped with a set of screens that pre-clean the brine from meat suspensions, and is also designed to work with a rotary slit filter with high cleaning accuracy and is necessary for the injection of fish meat.
