Injector Inwestpol AN-20 Injector AN 20 equipment designed for introducing brine into meat with a needle. It can be used for injection of various types of meat: poultry, pork and beef with or without bone. The equipment is equipped with two interconnected needle blocks. An individual (for each needle) was used to shut off the brine supply at the tip of the needle holder, which allows the brine to be extruded only when the needle is located in the meat muscles. In the standard, the machine is made for 4mm needles. If it is necessary to use needles with a different diameter, the entire needle unit must be replaced. The use of a centrifugal pump made of stainless steel allows for a relatively high injection efficiency. The equipment is intended for small meat shops.
