Rotary vane pump DVP LB.8

The DVP LB.8 vacuum pump is a classic rotary vane single-stage unit designed to produce vacuum in confined spaces. An efficient oil separator block is included in the circulating lubrication system of this pump, which maximally reduces the oil vapor content in the exhaust air and refines the oil by cooling it to operating temperature. This model is widely used in many fields, including packaging, degassing of resins and compounds, vacuum syringes, aspirators, thermoforming machines, clamps and grippers, and the production of composites and glass. The pump rotor is mounted directly on the elongated shaft of a specially designed electric motor with a capacity of 0, 25 kW, 2800 rpm. Such a connection greatly simplifies and makes maintenance more economical. The DVP LB.8 pump pumps out air and non-aggressive gases with a speed of 0, 1 to 8 m3 / h to a total residual pressure of 2 mbar (1, 5 mmHg).
