Combination Weigher

Combination weighing batcher is designed for automatic dosing of any loose and piece products: dumplings, khinkali, dumplings. The dispenser consists of a round-shaped frame with a conical dispenser located in the center from which vibratory trays radially extend. The product from vibrating trays enters the storage baskets from which it is poured into weighing baskets for weighing. During weighing, the next portion of the product enters the cumulative. The central controller polls the weight value in each basket and selects the combination closest to the set weight. The selected weight baskets are reset. Productivity and dosing accuracy is determined by the number of weight-dosing modules, which can be from 10 (economy version) to 20. In the mechanism for opening baskets, pneumatic cylinders are used. To enter and display parameters, a remote control panel is used in which a TFT color display with a touch screen and an industrial PC controller are installed, which allows you to output parameters and statistical data to a printer or to a local network (as agreed). Calibration of weight baskets is done manually with reference weights.
