Vacuum vane-quantified filling machine adopts vane pump, servomotor, human-computer interface, full automatic vacuum filling machine controlled by microcomputer. Our machine is equipped with automatic linking system, which can not only filling meat sausage, ham sausage, ham etc. but also can apply to natural casing , collagen casing, fibrous casing etc. Our machine is equipped with vane automatic compensation device which the filling speed, linking speed, linking turns, each weighyt is adjustable and the precision of each weight can reach ±2.5 g.
Our machine is filling in the vacuum state and the hooper of machine can turn and clean more conveniently.
