Manual Double-Side Laminating K Series

Application: Thermal film double side lamination
K-540B/720B/900B is small simple manual laminating machine with new design. Machine main feature is advanced design, elegant style, compact structure, easy operation and so on.
The machine is an ideal choice for the digital printing, graphic arts printing, short format, imaging printing, office documents print etc. Using thermal film, single side or double side laminating makes paper sheets perfect.
Configuration:
1. One-piece construction design. The wheels help the operator move the machine easily.
2. Manual paper feeding.
3. Magnetic regulating plate can be adjusted easily to regulate manual paper feeding.
4. Two same heating rollers equipped for double-side lamination.
5. Inverter makes the machine run more stably.
6. Heating rollers are equipped with built-in electrical tube heater, which raises temperature quickly. Temperature is controlled by Omron temperature controller
7. Mechanical pressuring system provides pressure for lamination. And the pressure is adjusted by manual wheel.
8. Film and perforation cutter film width to make it meet paper size.
9. Laminated paper is rolled up automatically by the winding spindle. Winding speed is adjustable upon requests. Winded paper will be cut by manual work.
