The device is designed for sealing finished trays (containers) with heat sealable film. The best welding quality is obtained if the tray and the film are made of the same material. The sealer can operate in manual, semi-automatic and automatic mode, the operator places the tray in the matrix, the matrix moves the tray to the packaging area where the tray is sealed, and then automatically returns to its original position. The machine can work in a closed cycle. The main advantage of this model is: trimming the film along the contour of the tray and the ability to work with color films. The sealing case is made of stainless steel. Due to the ability to adjust the time and temperature of the sealing machine, it is possible to achieve the best quality sealing on different containers and films. The device is also equipped with a time relay that allows you to work on film without photo marking; if you wish, you can set the option “easy-open” - when one of the corners of the tray is left un soldered for easy opening.
