This traysiler is designed for sealing in ready-made trays of various products. Thanks to the use of gas-modified mixtures, it is possible to significantly increase the shelf life of the packaged product. The principle of operation is like a two-chamber vacuum box with a hinged lid - while the operator loads the trays into the matrix, the other matrix is already moving into the packaging chamber, and so on in a circle. The maximum film width is 550 mm, respectively, the dimensions of the working area are 550x600 mm. If you need to work with multiple tray sizes, you must additionally purchase a replacement set of dies.
