EWM Vibratory Linear Dispensers are used for free-flowing, piece, non-dusting products, such as cereals, sugar, gingerbread, frozen convenience foods, vegetables, cookies, chips, hardware, plastic products, etc. Principle of action: the product from the feed hopper is fed into the weighing bucket by a vibrating tray, which measures the required weight and the tray stops feeding the product, then the bucket dumps the suspended product (dose) into the packaging machine or the finished bag. EWM-2000 Vibrating linear dispenser is designed to dispense bulk product with an error of not more than +0.2%. The maximum dosing weight is 2000 g. Two trays for “coarse” and “accurate” dosing are used in the apparatus design, which allows increasing the dispenser productivity up to 30 doses / min. The device is controlled via the interface of the PLC controller. The dispenser can be used both independently and in conjunction with a packaging machine.
