Seydelmann K-204 with a cup volume of 0, 200 m3 is designed for fine grinding of all kinds of meat and other food products, preparation of emulsions, as well as mixing with additional components under vacuum. The design feature of the Seidelmann vacuum cutter is that there is a small amount of air between the minced meat and the inside of the lid. This allows you to greatly reduce the time for removal of air and the formation of vacuum, and with a reverse air supply, only a small amount of it is needed. As a result, the load on the gaskets is greatly reduced. The bowl of cutter is accessible from all sides. As in a conventional cutter, constant visual control of the cutter through a transparent, noise-proof cover is possible.
