Sewing line for bags with sealing machine of inserts LZM-7

It is intended for transportation of product-filled bags made of fabric, paper, jute, polypropylene and other materials with an insert inserted into the bag (bag made of polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene), for the purpose of sealing and subsequent sewing of the bag with a two-strand chain seam. The line consists of an MZM rack, an MZM conveyor, a sewing head, a bag sealing machine, a non-drive roller table. Principle of operation. The bags filled with the product are installed on the non-driven roller table, which serves to accumulate the bags and move them manually to the pulse sealing machine. The operator seals the liner. After that, the sealed liner is placed inside the bag and moves the bag onto the conveyor belt. The filled bag is conveyed by the conveyor belt to the sewing head mounted on the rack, on which the operator sews the bags. Sewn bags are removed by a conveyor belt. To use different sizes of bags, the heights of the conveyor belt, sealing machine and sewing head are provided. Belt conveyors can be used with a length of 3m (or 5m or 7m).
