UR-2 bottling plant

It is intended for the dosed filling of homogeneous liquid and pasty products with a temperature up to 70 ° C. The product enters the cylinders through flexible hoses due to suction from the supply tank. Doses are given simultaneously on two channels with a frequency of up to once every six seconds. Containers (cups, bottles, cans) are fed to the filling position and removed manually by the operator. Serves the installation of a single operator. It can be made with dosing cylinders of 50, 250 and 500 ml.
