It is intended for dispensing and packing in open bags, as well as soft containers such as Big Bag of various loose and hard-flowing products. For example, such as: peat mixtures and peat, grain, cereals, seeds, flour, starch, milk powder, etc. The product is fed into the bags by force with a vertical screw with a variable diameter and pitch of the blades. The auger is driven by a gear motor, which is located at the top of the feed hopper. The upper blades induce the material, preventing it from caking, and the lower ones ensure its uniform delivery. A cutter is installed at the bottom of the screw shaft, which prevents the material from escaping after stopping the rotation of the screw. Progressive winding of the spiral allows for a high level of filling of the inter-turn space, which ensures dosing accuracy and high productivity. At the bottom of the hopper there is a material discharge pipe and a bag neck clamping device.
