It can be used for heat treatment of soybeans in order to destroy the anti-nutritional substances present in raw soybeans. Installation of microwave drying makes it possible to work in several modes, which can both suppress and stimulate seed germination. When processing the seed stock, a special gentle treatment mode is used, in which the living component of the seeds is not destroyed. In addition, the microwave field treatment process allows you to disinfect the product from harmful bacteria, fungi, including mold and salmonella.
