Designed for heat forced drying of food products such as potatoes, vegetables, fruits, grains, medicinal herbs, tea, berries, etc., in closed, heated rooms. The design of the USK installation uses the technology of high-temperature drying by the method of intermittent irradiation, when heating the drying product with infrared rays is combined with cooling it with air. Heating with infrared rays is tens of times more intense than when transferring heat from heated drying air.
