The main components and auxiliary materials according to the recipe are loaded into the boiler through the loading window. Hot water (with a temperature of 70-80 ° C) is supplied from the water heater to the boiler jacket to heat the components. A solution of caustic soda is gradually fed to the molten mass with the stirrer operating. The readiness of the soap is analyzed by all organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators, according to GOST 780-89. The finished soap is poured into molds for sludge. After hardening, the soap block is cut using a template into “layers”, which are cut on the cutting table into pieces of a commodity shape measuring (approximately) 90/60/50 mm and weighing (approximately) 200-300 g., The cut and marked soap is placed on wood drying tray.
