It is intended for grinding grain crops, corn on the cob, oilseed meal, hay and pine needles for the preparation of vitamin flour and other roughage for different types and age groups of animals. The crusher consists of the following main components: chambers with a crushing drum and a fan; cyclone with a lock gate and pipelines; grinding device with a knife drum and a conveyor feeder, an electric motor with a set of starting equipment and a frame. The KDU-2 workflow can be organized according to three tuning schemes: 1. To grind grain, a sieve is inserted into the crusher chamber and the cutting drum is turned off, removing V-belts from its pulley. 2. When grinding corn cobs and roughage (hay, straw), the pulley of the cutting drum is connected by a V-belt drive with an electric motor pulley. 3. When grinding succulent feeds (grass, silage, root crops), the sieves are removed from the crushing chamber, the elbow of the suction pipe connecting the crushing chamber pipe to the fan is removed and the exhaust neck and deflector are removed and installed instead of sieves. In this case, the pneumatic system is open and the air flow from the crushing chamber together with the crushed product under high pressure exits through the exhaust neck.
