This filleting machine is designed to produce fillets from medium breeds of fish. Milling occurs by removing the central bone. A special system for adjusting the knives to the size of the spinal bone allows to achieve a fillet yield of 76-80% for fish. Thanks to the mechanism of precise centering of the fish when loading into a filleting machine, the efficiency increases when cutting the central bone. No preliminary removal of the tail and entrails is required. The filleting machine is completely made of stainless steel and fully comply with all sanitary requirements.
