Four-row disc harrows DANA, production "Diamond"

DANA disc harrows are designed for resource-saving pre-sowing and basic tillage to a depth of 8 to 15 cm for grain, industrial and fodder crops, weed control, shredding of crop residues, rejuvenation of meadows and pastures. DANA disc harrows are most effective in working on soils that are not littered with stones, flagstone and other obstacles. Today RZZ CJSC produces 3 models of four-row DANA disc harrows: DANA BDP 3 × 4, DANA BDP 4 × 4, DANA BDP 6 × 4 and harrows with folding design: DANA BDP 6 × 4-MTM and DANA BDP 8 × 4 MT. Harrow models differ from each other in width. In the name of the harrow, the variables "3", "4", "6" denote the working width, and the constant number "4" indicates the number of rows of the harrow. Description: The main working bodies of DANA disk harrows are cut-out disks in the form of concave plates with a diameter of 570 mm. They are attached to the frame at an angle to the direction of movement of the unit. The disks, rotating during operation, cut the soil layers, loosen and mix the soil. When changing the angle of attack of the disks relative to the direction of movement of the harrow, the depth of cultivation of the soil changes. The larger the angle of attack, the deeper the soil will be processed. The packer roller is designed for additional crumbling, leveling and fixing loosened soil. Depth of processing is regulated by couplers. Warranty The warranty for DANA disc harrows issued since January 1, 2018 is 2 years from the date of commissioning.
