The MAYA fish skin remover is perfect for deep processing of fresh and smoked salmon fillets. Unlike conventional salmon salmon skimming machines, this model provides an improved yield. When removing the skin, only the brown fat layer in the middle part of the fish fillet is removed, that is, red salmon meat is not captured with the skin. To achieve this result, the fish is placed in the middle of the feed conveyor. Then it is fed under a specially designed pressure roller, and then only the brown fat layer is removed.
