Preliminaries: A digester is used to heat fat, produce ketchup, and cook food. Construction: The boiler is made of acid resistant steel. The double-walled heating system prevents burning. Teflon scrapers in the mixers thoroughly clean the surface of the boiler during the accumulation of fat. Equipment: microprocessor control for adjusting: temperature of the loaded material, oil casing, boiler operating time, auto start function. At the end of the mixers there are teflon scrapers, an insulated design, the removal of water vapor, the neck of the water inlet, an exhaust valve with a knee. Heating options: electric, gas burner, oil burner or steam heating [max. pressure 0.5 bar].
