Karpowicz MSPK-400 Brine Mixer

Application: The brine mixer is designed to produce a homogeneous brine. The resulting solution can be used in meat processing processes (for example, by extrusion). Construction: The brine mixer is a stand-alone device made of acid-resistant steel. The device consists of the following elements: a tank (with a conical bottom), a mechanical stirrer, a mixing-transfer pump, a funnel for filling bulk materials, distribution pipes with valves, a control cabinet. Mixing the solution takes place using a mechanical stirrer and circulation of the brine.
