Application: The device is used in the production of pizza, ravioli, sweets and other products that require an accurate dosage of food. Construction: The device is made of stainless steel. The dispenser is equipped with a microprocessor control system, an appropriate number of metering pumps, as well as metering nozzles adapted to the corresponding product range. Principle of operation: The device accurately doses, for example, sauce on a pizza base, thick minced meat on a strip of dough in the production of ravioli or on whole, undisturbed fruits. Dispensers are designed individually according to customer needs.
