Separator Zh5-VVS-2 for clarification of beer

Separator with centrifugal periodic discharge of sediment. Designed for the process of clarification of beer hot wort. The separator has the following structural parts: a bed, a drive mechanism with an electric motor, a drum, a sediment receiver, an automatic control system, a take-off device, and a separator cover. The product to be clarified by the receiving-output device enters the drum and fills the inter-tray gaps, where it is clarified. Under the influence of centrifugal force, impurities and inclusions as well as turbidity fall in the mud area. Sludge unloading is done in part or in full, at fixed interval intervals, in automatic or manual mode. The clarified product passes under pressure through the pipeline into the capacitive equipment. The outlet of the purified product is equipped with a pressure gauge, a hydraulic shutter, and a throttle for regulation.
