Rotary cultivators for hiller (rotary harrows or hedgehogs for hiller) are designed for weeding and hilling of potatoes and vegetables planted in ridges with row spacing from 60 to 90 cm. They are used for pre-emergence and post-emergence tillage. Passing through the aisle, rotary cultivators (rotor harrows, hedgehogs) comb out weed vegetation, loosen the soil, saturating it with oxygen, and at the same time plant the vegetable crops.
