Collagen membrane DEVRO FINE-TC

DEVRO FINE-TC is a collagen sausage edible shell made from peeled collagen fibers obtained from a split of cattle skins. The shell is suitable for the preparation of sausages, sausages, which underwent initial heat treatment and are subjected to subsequent frying, as well as for the production of semi-finished products with subsequent frying on an open fire or grill. In the production of semi-finished products, the overflow of the shell is not allowed, to avoid breaks during frying on an open fire or grill, and is stuffed 0.5 mm less than the nominal caliber.
