Beef, chicken, pork, fish, seafood are delivered in frozen blocks and have temperatures up to about -20C. In order for these products to be used in further processing, frozen blocks must be thawed to a temperature of -1C to -5C. The time spent on defrosting can be 5-30 minutes. High-frequency equipment (HF rays) penetrating into a frozen product, heat it throughout the volume. Thus, it is thawed quickly, evenly, uniformly. Since frozen foods are heated under the influence of HF waves from the inside, this means that even folded frozen foods can melt evenly in accelerated mode.
