Bubble column

To improve the cleaning of the vapors of the mash from fusel oils during the distillation process, a bubble column can be used. It is compatible with all devices of the Domovenok series, is installed directly between the distillation tank and the distiller, and is equipped with a side fitting for installing a thermometer. This device operates on a patented technology, nutria contains only a system of hydraulic locks. Using a bubble column allows you to get the finished product with a high degree of purification at the output. The principle of operation of this device is that alcohol-containing vapors move upward through the condensation chambers, gradually cool, while the ethanol vapor passes further, and fusel oils return back to the distillation tank. Using a bubble column, the degree of purification of the distillate from heavy fractions can be 2 times improved.
