The upper sieve mill consists of a supporting frame, divided into two equal parts, in which two identical, interchangeable louvres are installed. Each sieve has comb dividers and box-shaped side bars filled with elastic material in which the axis of the combs are located, and is equipped with a mechanism for adjusting the position of the comb blinds. The sieve has two sections of comb blinds (the first - the sieve itself, the second - acts as an extension cord), each of which is regulated independently by an adjustment mechanism. The sieve mill is installed in the combine on four support points: two in the front part with the help of silent blocks fixed to the screen tube, and two in the rear part with the help of two suspensions and four silent blocks. The lower sieve mill consists of a supporting frame, which has pitched surfaces for grain and unfrozen spikelets in the lower part and is divided in length as well as the frame of the upper mill into two equal parts in which two identical, interchangeable louvres are installed. The lower sieves in their design are made of the same elements as the upper ones, have unified adjustment mechanisms, and differ from them only in comb blinds. LLC Novator-Plus offers a wide range of spare parts for combines Don-1500, Don-1200, Acros, Torum, Vector, Polesie, Niva, Yenisei.
