Universal capping monoblock for positioning and capping all types of covers. The following units are part of the rotational monoblock: - a bed covered with stainless steel; - a shop for supplying lids with horizontal shelves; - a unit for automatically positioning the caps on the bottle. Positioning takes place in the form of a composite “swing-elliptical” movement to take the cap and transfer it to the bottle, ensuring accuracy and reliability of placement; - ejector cover synchronized with other processes of the machine using an encoder; - centralizer of the neck of the bottle; - rotor of capping crimp heads of thermal or pneumomechanical type; - an electrical system for controlling the flow of bottles, blocking the operation of the monoblock in the absence of bottles at the inlet or congestion at the outlet of the machine. - monoblock operation control panel with PLC and frequency inverter of the drive; - safety guards for personnel safety and CE compliant. Air consumption 6 l / s for all models (at a pressure of 6 bar).
