Filling and capping machine for PET containers

It is used for packing thick products (mayonnaise, ketchup, margarine, sour cream, paints, oils, household chemicals, etc.) in PET buckets and then corking them with lids. It is used in low-productivity lines - up to 20 ÷ 30 pcs / min. Buckets are fed into the rotor nests from two feed shops using two vacuum suction cups. When the rotor is turned, the buckets are placed under the nozzles of the dispensers, the filling valves open, the buckets are filled, the product supply valves are closed. The next rotation of the rotor places them under the bucket closure mechanism with covers. Lids are fed using two rotary grippers with vacuum suction cups and pushers. During subsequent rotor rotations, buckets are placed above two pushers that raise them above the plane of the rotor.
