Drying device for containers GG 06-3

Suitable for perfect drying of containers: maximum capacity 8000 containers / hour. Installed on an existing conveyor (the conveyor is not included in the delivery). It is used for drying containers before labeling and packaging. The drying device (length 3400 mm) consists of: - A stainless steel case with adjustable legs - Transparent removable panels on both sides - A stainless steel tray for collecting and removing liquid droplets - Conveyor belt mounting bracket - Pump support caliper with separators - Spray covers on inlet and outlet - 3 air-injection devices with side channels with a capacity of 5.5 kW each and a capacity of 600 m3 / hour of air. Devices are equipped with filters. - 6 aluminum air knives with adjustable position with supports for attaching to the conveyor - Flexible pipes for connecting air knives with air pumps - Electrical control cabinet 3 frequency inverters for air pumps
