Savings table

The storage table is designed to accumulate the necessary supply of PET bottles or other containers before packing them into blocks with a packing line. The storage table works together with the conveyor (conveyor). Description The storage table consists of a movable storage circle and the base of the frame structure. The storage circle has a perimeter fence. The frame base is welded, on 4 legs, the height of which can be adjusted. Bottles moved by the conveyor fall on a rotating storage circle, where they are grouped before packaging. The storage circle is driven into rotation from the conveyor motor by means of a rubberized disc, which is mounted on the shaft of the conveyor gear motor or has its own electric drive. The angular speed of rotation of the storage circle is synchronized with the linear speed of the conveyor.
