Horizontal autoclave

The horizontal autoclave is made entirely of AISI 304 steel. The autoclave is equipped with PLC MOELLER, a 5.6 "color touch screen and a recorder integrated into it. The autoclave is equipped with 5 Samson automatic pneumatic valves, a water pump with an electric motor power of 7.5 kW, a safety valve, 4 pieces by check valves (air, water, steam and a vacuum safety valve) and 1 piece of pressure gauges. The autoclave is equipped with 4 pieces of autoclave baskets and 4 pieces of carts made of AISI 304 steel. The dimensions of the autoclave basket are 900x900x900 mm. a filter is installed on the pump. All autoclave piping (steam, air, water, water and air discharge, electricity) is carried out by the buyer. After the autoclave is installed, the installation, commissioning and training of personnel is carried out by the supplier.
