Eccentric dough rounders are ideal for final rounding of dough pieces after proofing, unlike conical dough rounders, which are usually designed for pre-rounding before proofing. The movement of this dough rounder repeats the baker’s gestures, which allows you to save the porous structure of the dough, even with high humidity. Two diameters are available: 78 cm and 120 cm. The largest of the two above machines allows for gradual clamping and higher production capacity: RotaBall PM78: 1500 ball-shaped dough pieces per hour. RotaBall GM120: 2000 ball-shaped dough pieces per hour. They can be used independently, or often connected to a proofer for automatic feeding.
