Together with the centralizer of the dough pieces between the proofing chamber and the conveyor of the dough filling machine, they are the best way suitable for use with RollsCoup 'systems for large bun production volumes (1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6 baguettes). They are equipped with touch control panels that allow you to centralize all the settings on the production line and save them depending on various recipes. Armor U pastry machine has a production capacity of 2000 dough pieces per hour with an operating mode lasting 16 hours a day. To optimize production, Armor U horizontal dough-grinding machines can be connected to one of the models of an automated stacker, or to a conveyor for loading, for example, into a freezing chamber.
