Designed for sterilization of food products packaged in glass or tin containers. The autoclave is equipped with two baskets vertically mounted in the housing. Autoclave capacity: according to GOST 5717-81 glass jars with a capacity of 500 ml - 300 pcs., 1000 ml - 190 pcs., 3000 ml - 60 pcs.; for cans No. 21 - 1400 pcs., No. 39 - 924 pcs., No. 6 - 767 pcs., No. 3 - 760 pcs., Water in the autoclave can be heated either by heating elements or by steam passing through a coil located concentrically autoclave body. After the sterilization process is completed, cold water is pumped through the same coil, forcibly cooling the water in the autoclave. The autoclave has an electronic control unit for setting process parameters and for automatically controlling and controlling temperature and pressure during sterilization. At the request of the Customer, it can be additionally equipped with an IPKS-128-500MV brand unloading mechanism.
