For cutters up to 120 liters, there are proven Knecht cutter knives with a closed knife base. They are an inexpensive alternative to the K24 cutter knife system. The knives are simply mounted on the knife shaft and separated from each other by the usual intermediate rings, which are supplied by the manufacturer with each cutter. The use of a drive pulley in this case is unnecessary. This standard is distributed worldwide. There are three different shapes of knives: cooked sausage (R), uncooked smoked sausage (RR), and finely ground (RS).
