Grunwald ROTARY 20.000 Filling and Capping Machine

Machines of rotational type HITTPAC ROTARY, in which the filling and sealing of trays occurs when moving them around the circumference. High performance (up to 55 cycles per minute) is achieved by replacing pneumatic drives with mechanical, hydraulic and servomotors. The machine can be equipped with a denester that feeds plastic containers to the seats. It is possible to replace the format for various sizes and volumes. The machine consists of several stations located in a circle in a rotary mini-line: a rotary mechanism-table, a product dispenser or several dispensers that feed different products in turn into one package, a sealing station, a station for capping with a cardboard cover, a station for installing the lid and closing (snapping) . Optionally, disinfection with ultraviolet rays or a mixture of steam with hydrogen peroxide on the inner surfaces of the package and the lid, as well as an inert gas filling station, is installed. The design and size of the rotary table depends on the required performance and tank sizes.
