Equipment for washing and filling kegs PSS UPK 2 is designed for washing the interior of kegs, filling them with CO2 after washing and filling with beer. The equipment is maintained manually. The sink is controlled by ball valves, which must be opened or closed according to the process in progress. Setting and changing kegs is done manually. The equipment consists of a frame, on the upper platform, on which kegs are placed, installed upside down, to which the head for filling is then connected. In the lower part there is a tank for sanitation with a centrifugal pump. In the tank is a stainless electric heating element, a thermostat that regulates the heating of the sanitation solution and two solution sensors. The upper sensor turns off the pump, the lower one turns off the heater. Also on the frame is a pressure gauge that shows the CO2 pressure when filling the keg. The equipment is equipped with leads for hot and cold water, steam, CO2 and 4 legs set for height.
