The rubbing machine (a machine for compacting dough) is designed for rubbing dough in the production of lamb products. Grating is the mechanical processing of wheat dough in order to ensure uniformity of the structure and properties of the dough. When rubbing, the dough is compacted, the components distributed in it are evenly distributed, as well as the mechanical effect on the gluten of the dough, which significantly improves the quality of finished products. In a rubbing machine, the dough is crushed by corrugated rolls. During rolling, the dough is placed in separate pieces on a conveyor belt and passed several times back and forth between the rollers. After each pass of the test, the gaps between the rollers are reduced, which leads to compaction of the test. The gap between the rolling rolls is adjusted manually in the range from 60 to 20 mm. The direction of movement of the conveyor belt and rolls is changed using a reversing magnetic starter, switching the electric motor to forward and reverse.
