Pretzel Forming Machine

Pretzel forming machine for confectionery. productivity is up to 150kg / hour. Principle of operation: the dough is loaded into the receiving hopper of the extruder, then the dough is pumped into the pretzel by means of an injection screw. The forming unit consists of 14 forms (pretzels), each of which has its own adjustment, after the dough is formed into a form (pretzel), the dough piece is cut, with a knife, which works by the action of the pneumatic cylinder. After that, the test piece in the form of a pretzel gets on the fly and then transported to the subsequent processing. The equipment is equipped with: - an interchangeable unit for forming the pretzel; - knife pneumatic drive for cutting pretzels; - the machine is equipped with a touch panel for easy data entry. Depending on the design, size and operational characteristics of the product, various designs and sizes are determined by working drawings.
