Drum skins The drum skins with a capacity of up to 40-50 pigs per hour are compactly placed, meet EU standards (skinning is carried out from top to bottom, which prevents debris from getting onto the carcass). It is made of stainless steel (pr-in Spain). It does not require additional re-equipment of the slaughter line. The skinning drum is stationary.
