Washer Lurea TSC / TEC 600

The Lurea TSC / TEC 600 washer is designed for washing plastic boxes manufactured according to the E1 (600x400x420), E2 (600x400x4200), E3 (600x400x400) DIN55423-1 standard with a continuous execution of the walls and bottom. Designed for the treatment of containers with a washing solution of a given temperature. The preparation of the solution (heating, adding detergent) takes place in the tank of the machine. The temperature and concentration of the solution are maintained automatically during the washing process. Heating is carried out in the TEC model - by electric heaters, in the TSC model - by steam. The solution is fed through a system of nozzles under high pressure to the surface of the container. Rinsing section: Designed to flush the washing solution from the surface of the container with clean water from a factory high-pressure water supply system through a nozzle system. Waste water (washing solution) from the washing compartment and water from the rinsing compartment are collected in the machine’s bathtub and, having passed through the filter system, enter the tank for subsequent use. Due to the flow of water from the factory water supply system for rinsing, the tank overflows, and excess cleaning solution, along with pop-up contaminants (grease, oil, foam), enter the sewer. Thus, within 1, 5-3 hours there is a complete update of the washing solution.
