The sterilizer for the S-12 tool is designed for quick and effective sterilization of a large number of tools (saws, axes, knives, debris, chain mail gloves) used in food and catering enterprises. The sterilizer is designed for operation inside industrial premises, at temperatures from 0ºС to plus 40ºС. The processed tool is placed in special cassettes that are inserted into the sterilizer holders. CI tool basket, not included. The sterilization process is carried out by treatment with hot water at a temperature of 85 C, the required temperature is set by the temperature controller. In case of exceeding the maximum water level, a drain pipe is provided. Sterilization temperature and water level are maintained automatically by means of a temperature regulator. To prevent overheating of the thermoelectric heater, a system for automatic control of the water level is installed by means of an electromagnetic tap, which, if necessary, fills the sterilizer to the upper limit level sensor. The sterilizer body is thermally insulated.
