HAND WASHING MODULE Detergent supply starts when both hands are brought into the zone of operation of the photocell located in the handwash chamber. Detergent is supplied automatically by an electric pump through a pipe located in the upper part of the chamber. After processing the hands with detergent, the water supply is turned on and rinsing is performed. The water supply is turned on by a photocell. The station has a mixer that maintains a constant set water temperature. ENTRANCE CONTROL MODULE The turnstile opens access to the production area only after the completion of the hand washing process, a green indicator light indicates this. As a standard feature of the hygiene station, the turnstile blocks the exit from the production area. If the disinfectant has run out / is not supplied and hand disinfection is not performed, then the turnstile is blocked and further passage is impossible.
