Sanitary inspection room / shoe hygiene station through passage SNP-3/70/300 is designed for automatic washing and cleaning of soles and shafts of staff shoes before entering (leaving) the sanitary zone. For washing and cleaning shoes, the hygiene station is equipped with two horizontally rotating (washing soles) and three vertically rotating cylindrical brushes (washing the shafts). A special grille is provided for the passage through the brushes. The rotation of the brushes and the supply of washing solution are activated by a photocell located on the handrail. The washing time is adjustable from 1 to 20 seconds. The supply of the cleaning solution to the brushes takes place with the help of nozzles that guarantee a uniform supply of the solution over the entire surface of the brushes. The concentration of the washing solution is regulated by the injector due to a change in the passage size. Dismantling of brushes is carried out without the use of tools. The station is equipped with support rails and removable steps at the inlet and outlet.
