Rotary Filling Machine by Mass for RPR Oil

A series of filling machines with dosing by weight, mod. RPR was designed based on Comaco's consolidated industry experience with the ability to extend the use of this machine to all industries where bulk filling can be used. To ensure maximum dosing accuracy, the machine is equipped with circuits with weighted signal processing, each of which is equipped with a microprocessor that locally controls the weighing and batching functions. The circuits are connected to a network in which the PC acts as the main device. The operator interface is simple and intuitive, with the ability to obtain statistics on released products. In the series there are machines with the number of nozzles from 9 to 80 and a bottling speed of 40,000 or more bottles per hour. The machine can work with glass, metal and PET containers, selecting and filling containers to net or gross weights, depending on the type of container.
