High performance and maximum reliability are the hallmarks of the Olimpic TC sterilization unit, designed for the processing of foods with high viscosity and dense consistency for subsequent aseptic packaging. The product undergoes a thermal cycle through indirect heat exchangers in the form of a concentric pipe, consisting of four pipes with decreasing diameter, placed one inside the other. The product flows inside the central annular space, while heating and cooling liquids circulate (both one and the other) in two inner jackets and in one outer, in the opposite direction to the product. This process allows you to store the product at room temperature for a long period of time, and the entire installation is fully automatic.
